DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT (not your subscription)

The right to erasure of personal data or right to be forgotten contained in the new European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data regulated by Article 17 guarantees the owner (customer) the possibility of eliminating, at any time, the data saved during the registration phase.

Please note: deleting your account DOES NOT MEAN CANCELING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

Subscriptions are managed by third parties (Google play and Apple store). So before deleting the account we recommend CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION otherwise it will continue to be active. In case of failure to cancel PERFORM-UP TENNIS-VOLLEY-GOLF and the owners of the app are NOT RESPONSIBLE for this failure to act.

To delete all data entered within the app. We ask you to send an email to performupsrl@gmail.com, inserting the following text:

Subject: Deletion of personal data.

Message:

“I ask, as per the regulation on the right to be forgotten, article 17, to PERMANENTLY DELETE all information recorded within the PERFORM-UP TENNIS-VOLLEY-GOLF application of the account:

  • Enter the email address you registered with (which you can find inside the app)

  • Name and nickname you are registered with

  • Possible telephone number

  • Specify which app you want to delete your account for (PERFORM-UP TENNIS-VOLLEY-GOLF)

I understand that deleting my account does not mean I have cancelled my subscription. I have already cancelled my subscription before sending you this email”

Once we receive the email, we will permanently delete all data. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. So if you decide to access the app again, all the exercises you have done and the information will no longer be recoverable. You will necessarily have to start from scratch.

We recommend that you include a reachable phone number or email address in your email in case we have trouble identifying your account.
